Not just Germany though, I'm UK based and not with tiscali, nor do any of my packets route thru level3 (least accordting to traceroute which only shows 1 hop strangely enough! (perhaps due to me currently being on my 3G connection)

If you are in the same gang.. as long as in same system you get the isk. If you are in the same gang and fire at least one shot at the NPC for agro and are in the same system you get the isk and the sec stat

ok, thanks for clearing that up, so happens I saw what happens when someone does invariably take the opportunity to fire at them, a local pirate corp was doing this to lure people into firing on them so they and their gang could then fire on you.....
